DPMA benefits are not taxable and DPMA dues are not tax-deductible. As a Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association (VEBA) under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(9), DPMA does not issue an IRS W-2 or 1099 for disability benefit payments.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to assure our members that DPMA is operating and we are available to serve your disability needs. We are following the guidelines of our local, state and federal government entities by having our team work remotely, but we can still be reached by phone, email and fax.
